Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with the jewelry for any reason, i have a 15 day exchange policy.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 
To start a exchange, you can contact me (seth) at seth@sethmichaelstudio.com to discuss return and exchange options.

eligible pieces can be exchanged with an item of equal value, or for an upgrade to an item of a higher value, with the difference in price being paid by the customer.

The customer is responsible for shipping to and from my studio. Shipping fees cannot be refunded for returns or exchanges Limit one exchange per order. Commissioned orders, customized orders, and gift certificates are not exchangeable or returnable. We reserve the right to refuse items that are returned without prior notice, or in a condition unacceptable for resale.

All shipping, tracking and insurance charges for returns and exchanges are the customer's responsibility and cannot be refunded. Please pack jewelry in a well-padded box and ship via UPS, USPS or Fedex. Shipping insurance is recommended. i cannot be held responsible for loss or damages incurred from shipping of returned products. Claims must be completed by appropriate parties. Should an item be defective or damaged, i will repair or exchange the item for the same item. Please contact me by sending an email to seth@sethmichaelstudio.com

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that i can correct the issue.
